CB Island Hoppers Volkssport Club, "Walking for Fun, Fitness and Friendship!". We continue to promote a Healthier Lifestyle of walking.
The CBIH is a sanctioned member club (087) of the Canadian Volkssport Federation (CVF) and the International Federation of Popular Sports (IVV).
Members of Cape Breton island Hoppers went jogging and walking across the Bay of Fundy during the "Not Since Moses" event held in Five Islands Nova Scotia. A great day to run across the bay as the tide went out and get back before the tides come rushing back!!
